Tracey Mann created the wedding cake for Tom and Sara, the cake was Chocolate with a white Belgian Chocolate covering and fresh flowers, including pale pink roses, hops and hydrangea's.

Easter Cake Longwick Combined School

This wonderful easter chick chocolate 'Hotel' was constructed by the year 4 pupils of Longwick Combined School in Buckinghamshire on an Chocolate workshop with Tracey on March 21st 2006

The children were absolutely fantastic and did an amazing job constructing this work of art, and thoroughly enjoyed using the chocolate fountain at the end of the project!

The Easter Egg Hotel will be raffled off in aid of the school's chosen
charity Barnardo's
