Belgian Chocolate Covering Paste
A Belgian chocolate covering paste, suitable for
covering cakes without mixing with sugarpaste or marzipan for a rich chocolate flavour covering.
The paste is made from Belgian Chocolate and has a six month shelf life. It can be used to make chocolate roses.
White chocolate
paste
This is my most popular paste, used for covering wedding cakes.
It has a delicious taste and is easy to work with.
Milk chocolate paste
Easy to apply to a cake, very similar consistency to the
white chocolate paste but with a milk chocolate taste.
Dark chocolate paste
This paste is ideal for creating a glossy look
chocolate cake, either cover you cake with the paste
and apply confectioners varnish or pour chocolate
ganache over the cake.

Did you know?
Covering a cake with chocolate paste compares equally with the price of using chocolate cigarillos.
Try an alternative finish with chocolate.
Please see my class
list if you would like to
attend a day course learning how to
get the
best out this product.
This is a new medium and it may be unfamiliar to use,
we strongly recommend that you try the chocolate
covering paste on a small cake first before attempting
a wedding cake. It is a CHOCOLATE paste it is
NOT flavoured sugarpaste.
