Chocolate spoon mould as used in Icecream Bowl Project Cake Craft Magazine August Issue 2015. Temper your Belgian chocolate, pour into the mould and set for approx 20 minutes in the fridge. Release the frog from the mould and paint it silver using melted cocoa butter, green dusting colour and few drops of vegetable oil. Spray with PME Glaze spray when completed to fix the colour in place. Alternatively use the mould to create silver pastillage spoons
