Edible icing sheets are made from the following ingredients: water, cornstarch, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, cellulose, sorbitol, glycerine, sugar, vegetable oil,  gum arabic, polysorbate 80, vanilla, titanium dioxide, citric acid

Sheets can be stored for up to 6 months

If you have having any difficulties removing the backing paper, please put the whole sheet in the freezer for approx 1 minute, this will help release the disks or sheet. Do not pull the disks to release them they should come away easily. These are affected by humidity and sometime they can be tricky to remove
