New -Online Royal Icing Course with Tracey Mann ( available from 3rd February 2021) on offer till 3rd Feb 2021

This is an ONLINE Royal Icing course suitable for all skill levels available from Wednesday 3rd February 2021

The course will be a set of four pre-recorded lessons with access to an optional Closed Facebook Group where two live lessons will take place, one will be two hours of beginners piping the other will be a four hour lesson. The aim of the Facebook lives is to back up the course material and give you an opportunity to do some of the course with Tracey live. You will have access to the lessons and Facebook for as long as you wish, you can watch the lessons over again, post of the Facebook group for additional support. The course is designed for all skill levels.

At the end of the course you should be able to confidently be able to pipe with royal icing on cakes and biscuits.

The course will include the following

How to make Royal Icing and store it correctly

Understanding nozzles and piping bags

Piping straight lines, dots, shells, lettering

Piping a whole cake design using a variety of nozzles

Flooding - cookies and collars

Extension work, runouts and lace work

Piping roses using a flower nail

The dates for the Facebook lives are as follows - Wednesday 3rd February 6.30pm-8.30pm and Wednesday 17th February 10am-2pm

If you are unable to attend the lives you will be able to watch them afterwards and follow them on catch up and you will be able to ask questions if you are stuck

There will be an equipment list available mid January, it will be posted on the Closed Facebook Group
