Tracey's Cakes Spring Transfer Sheet Design.Transfer sheets are food grade acetate sheets which have a cocoa butter pattern sprayed onto them so the patterns are edible, They work by transferring their pattern directly on to either sugarpaste (with a heat tool such as a hairdryer) or chocolate (with melted couvert ure buttons) They are a one use only ,once the pattern is off they can not be used again. They will generate approx 8 transfer sheet pots per sheet as explained in our books Decorating Cakes with Chocolate and Transfer Sheets or Cake Decorating Skills, both by Tracey Mann. Transfer sheets should be stored in a cool, dry dark place away from light. They do not need to be stored in a fridge. Transfer sheets shelf life approx 18 months from purchase.
