Wedding consultations are now available outside of my cake studio in person or via a Zoom Call. Consultations are charged at £25 which includes 45 minutes and a box of cupcakes ( in person) or wedding sample box ( zoom call only). Consultations will remain outside until further notice.

With over 30 years of cake decorating experience and having worked with nearly every wedding venue in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. I can offer you a unique insight into a design that not only coordinates with your wedding ideas and colour schemes but advise on presentation according to your chosen venue. I offer a selection of tried and tested recipes including fruit cakes and sponges; red velvet, toffee, vanilla, chocolate, and fillings including jam, buttercream and salted caramel filling.

Online Cake School

My online school is well and truly open and all courses are now available with full course content available. You will need some sugarpaste to paint on, assorted paintbrushes, dusting colours, cocoa butter ( available from my website) access to a printer, small glass bowl and a plate. I now have a Beginners Cocoa Butter Cake Painting Kit available from the Cake Supplies section of the website.
Some of the classes are LIVE but the majority are prerecorded and you can paint at a time that suits you from anywhere in the world.

I am currently running an online cake school teaching how to paint images onto cakes. The lessons are prerecorded and lifetime access.
