Welcome to my online cake school. Here I offer online classes that are available for lifetime access. Each course is fully supported by an optional closed Facebook group which you are welcome to join once you have enrolled. On the Facebook group I hold weekly live sessions to help and support my students. The classes are suitable for all skill levels. What do I need to join the online cake school?
The majority of my classes are based around cake painting and you will need the following equipment. You will find a full range of the items you need to do the courses in the cake supplies section of the website.

Access to the Internet to follow the course you have chosen, a selection of basic dusting colours ( listed specifically to each course), assorted paintbrushes including one for detailed painting size 1, 2, 3 ( for dry brushing) cocoa butter ( available from my website), either a small glass bowl and a china plate OR a chrome food warmer ( available from Amazon), a tealight and a metal paint palette ( available from my website), kitchen roll/paper, access to a printer, tracing paper or see through greaseproof paper, pencil, pencil sharpener, sugarpaste and some cake drums or cards to cover with sugarpaste to paint on. You cannot paint onto paper, you will need to be able to paint onto sugarpaste either on a board or on a cake.
