Teaching all levels and abilities, published author of three titles, Tracey Mann teaches the majority of the classes in a relaxed and informal approach with LOW class numbers, ensuring that you make the most of your day or evening class. With 30 years of experience cake decorating, author of three books, features writer for a national Cake Magazine publication, Tracey is able to provide you with lots of hints and tips to create cakes that you can be really proud of. Tracey also has carefully selected quality guest tutors to teach more specialised areas of interest such as modelling, painting and novelty cakes. My classes are currently limited to 4 students during the evening and 2 during the day, so come and enjoy learning some new skills and leave with a cake that you are really proud of.
Terms and Conditions
Once you have booked your class the money is non refundable. At my discretion, I will occasionally allow students to swap onto different classes if they are unable to make it due to ill health. Students who are permitted to swap and who then do not attend the new date are not then entitled to a refund. Students who book PME or Wilton Certificated classes who fail to attend all the required lessons will be subject to a charge should they need to rebook another lesson to complete the course. Occasionally we have to cancel a class due to low course numbers or bad weather, should this be the case I will refund the cost of the course or offer an alternative date, however I will not be responsible for covering any additional costs such as hotel bookings or transport. In the case of classes with Guest Tutors (not Tracey) no refunds or transfers to other classes are permitted should you be unable to attend due to the costs of paying for the tutor.
